The Leadership Committee consists of ten individuals who are interested in learning more about the skills necessary to become a leader in the Multicultural Student Center. Members co-chair one program a semester with an MSC executive board member, as well as sit on committees for programs every semester. In the Spring, the Leadership Committee plans and executes their program.

Mission Statement

The Leadership Committee is a subcomponent of the Multicultural Student Center. The purpose of the "LC" is to nurture the development and progression of leaders through program implementation related to diversity, inclusion, and respect for multiculturalism. In the process, Leadership Committee members will be educated on the importance of acknowledging and honoring the unique ethnicities, sizes, religions, sexual-orientations, and abilities that are present on the University of Central Florida's campus, and around the globe.
