Students can enhance knowledge of cultural issues and differences while embracing difficult conversations using examples presented in literary works discussed at our monthly meetings. A FREE copy of each book is available in the MSC office, also a NOOK given away to the "Book Club Member of the Semester”.

• Lipstick Jihad by Azadeh Moaveni : October 17th, 2011 at 7:30pm in the MSC
• The City and the Pillar by Gore Vidal: November 17thth, 2011 at 7:30pm in the MSC

We are collaborating with John T. Washington Honor Society to collect books (educational, reading, supplementary, monetary donations, and school supplies) in efforts to help children in the Paramore community within Orlando. We are ensuring they are on the road to success with the right directions. Drop donations in the MSC office or contact the John T. Washington Honor Society.
